HiTek O&P app for iPhone and iPad

Our HiTek Fab app allows you to keep informed of the latest products released by HiTek, view examples in our gallery, purchase items in our store right from your phone and much more. The HiTek app is free to download and free to utilize. Items are for sale in our Store but are only available to Registered Users.

Click on the Transfers icon to browse through our many transfer pattern options and choose the design perfect for your device. Transfer pattern choices are regularly added and updated on our app.

The Gallery icon gives you access to examples of many of our product lines including Prosthetics, Orthotics and Machinery.

Communicating with our Customer Support team is easy using one of the options in your app. Select the Call icon to dial our Customer support directly from your phone, select the Contact Icon where you have options such as via phone, email and more. You can also select our HTek bot where you can instant message directly with a support team member.

Register as a User and you can access features such as store purchases, access HiTek "How-To" videos and gain access to our online Prosthetic and Orthotic ordering system. Registration is simple, simply complete the Registration form and then submit it. A HiTek support team member will review your request and approve it within minutes or will reach out to you by phone to gather additional needed information. In Store purchases are for Businesses that are Registered Users and are preapproved for ordering.

Once Registered, to order simply select the product you need, enter the quantity requested and then press the Buy Now button. Products are delivered to your registered shipping address and your company is invoiced according to your companies payment terms.
